Alex is a Spanish woman who starts a new job as a waitress in a restaurant on a lost island. Despite quickly winning the heart of Brazilian Enrico, Alex falls in love with Max, the American manager of the establishment. As their love blossoms, disturbing clues begin to emerge about Max’s dark and mysterious past.
